Close contact between people, animals, plants, and their shared environment provides ample opportunities for the transmission of existing and new infectious diseases. Some of these diseases have the potential to snowball into an epidemic or a pandemic. Therefore, successful control of infectious diseases requires One Health based approach for its early detection and effective management. Aligning the one health perspective, TechInvention is working on developing rapid point-of-care diagnostics as well as molecular diagnostics kits for infectious diseases. These kits are intended to be used in healthcare settings as well as point-of-care testing.
