  • 1. POSH Policy: A comprehensive policy that outlines what constitutes sexual harassment, procedures for reporting and resolving complaints, and measures for prevention.
  • 2. Internal Complaints Committee (ICC): A dedicated committee, as mandated by the POSH Act, comprising of members trained to handle sexual harassment complaints in a sensitive and confidential manner.
  • 3. Awareness and Training: Regular awareness sessions and training programs for all employees to educate them about POSH norms and the importance of a respectful workplace.
  • 4. Reporting Mechanism: Clear and confidential channels for reporting any form of sexual harassment, ensuring the privacy and protection of the complainant.
  • 5. Zero Tolerance Policy: A strict stance against any form of sexual harassment, with assured disciplinary action against proven misconduct.
